Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

Returning the product

After sending your withdrawal request, you have 14 days to return the product(s) concerned.

To receive the instructions and the return address for your order, contact us at contact@baskclean.com.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, unless the product received is damaged, faulty or does not match your order.

Refund

If you withdraw within the legal period, we will refund the amounts paid, including any standard delivery costs.

The refund is made no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request. It may be delayed until the product has been received back or until proof of dispatch of the return has been provided.

The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method at no additional cost.

30-day commercial guarantee

Baskclean also offers a 30-day “Satisfied or refunded” commercial guarantee from receipt of your order.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it. For any request, contact us at contact@baskclean.com.
